Website Purpose
The purpose of this website is to present my technological skills in the
field of static/dynamic web site development and desktop software developement.
My Work History
I have been in software development since about 15 years old. At elementary school I developed
mainly web sites and later at high school I began to acquire desktop applications development
skills. After I finished high school, I had to enroll army duty, which is mandatory in Czech
republic from which I come. At the army headquarters they noticed my IT skills and consequently
changed my position to the position of IT Systems Specialist. My duties included development of
in-headquarters web sites that were used to administrate logistic operations of the headquarters.
This web site fastened the logistic processes several times. I also had to administrate 55 computers
connected in a LAN network and my position required basic Linux OS knowledge.
Later when I left army, I went into commercial sphere. I developed for the Gitus, a.s. corporation,
which by that time mostly delivered software for the largest Czech telecommunication corporation Czech
Telecom, a.s.. Later orientation of this corporation spread out to school system applications, pharmacy
evidence applications etc. I participated in most of these projects.
My biggest experience is probably developing for the largest Czech bank, Ceska Sporitelna, a.s.. I was
a member of the internet banking development team. We used Java technologies to create this servis and after
more than six months of hard work this website is now on-line (See references below).
I also worked independetly for a few other corporations supplying them with smaller-size packages of desktop
applications and web applications. Some of them you can see in the references below.

Hereby I provide list of some of applications I developed or co-developed (most of the web sites
and applications only support Czech langauge).
- Complete redesign and shopping cart development of the website belonging to U.S. corporation UFACO, which sells paintball guns and car tuning parts on-line.

- Internet banking web application developed for Ceska Sporitelna, a.s. bank. If you visit

- Web site for a construction corporation in Czech republic. This website is fully
dynamic and contains so called "Content Management System", which allows restricted
access to a section that allows the aministrator to change to content of the web site
without need to know how to program such a web site. This web site is no longer on-line
because the owner corporation was bought by another larger corporation.

- Web design of "JobsHope, s.r.o." web site. This web site was supposed to be job search servis. The project
was than postponed because of project financing problems.

- Web site for a country-rock band from Czech republic. Made in Flash.

- Web site for a Czech corporation selling a repairing leather products. This web site is
currently under development, so some of the images on the web site are not final. It also
contains elaborated "Content Management System" and I developed my own framework to develop
this PHP web site. This web site is ready to be multilingual.

- Web application for an escort corporation. This web site has not been delivered and is not
on-line because corporation went bankrupt before I delivered it. That is why I provide only screenshots.

- Web site for one of the Czech republic theatrical group that I used to be a member of. This web site
is 5 years old now (2005). It also contains "Content Management System". This web site is not as elaborated
as other web sites I created later professionally.

- Web design of "Strom Telecom, s.r.o." web site. This web site has been delivered for one of my customers, who is
also a program developer. He added functionality to it and sold it to Strom Telecom, s.r.o corporation.

- Desktop application GUI written in Delphi. Its purpose is comparison of two databases and
generating differences report. I was given a DLL containing functionality and my task was
to develop a user interface (GUI) for it. I provide application development specification
containing screenshots and development process description.
